  1. Are the prices the same across your website?
    Yes, all prices shown on our website are final. If there is ever a discrepancy, the correct price will be the one displayed at checkout.
  2. Will you restock items that are sold out?
    If a product is sold out, you can request to be notified when it becomes available again. If restocked within 15 days, we’ll inform you by email. Otherwise, the item will be removed from the website.
  3. Will I receive the exact product I see in the photo?
    Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display settings, lighting, or photography. However, we ensure that product details and descriptions match as closely as possible.
  4. Can I subscribe to ZBS store’s newsletter?
    Yes! Enter your email address in the subscription box on our website to receive updates on new arrivals, exclusive offers, and promotions.
  5. Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
    Of course. Just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails to stop receiving updates.
  6. What if I forget my password?
    Click on “Forgot Password” at the login page, and we’ll send you an email with a secure link to reset your password.
  7. How do I know my purchase was successful?
    Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
  8. Can I track my order?
    Yes. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. If you created an account, you can also check the order status in your account dashboard.
  9. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@zbsstore.com with your order number and product images. We’ll assist you with an exchange or replacement.
  10. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, but only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request cancellation.
  11. Is my personal information secure?
    Yes, your privacy is important to us. We never share, sell, or trade your information. All data you provide is only used to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
  12. Do I need to create an account to shop?
    Yes, you need to create an account to shop at ZBS Store. Having an account makes it easier to place orders, track your purchases, and save your details for future use.

How to Order at ZBS Store

Shopping with us is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose a Category – Select the gender (Men, Women, or Kids) and browse the type of garment you want (t-shirts, formal shirts, jackets, etc.).

     

  2. View Product Details – Click on any product to see an expanded view with images, details, fabric composition, available sizes, reference number, and price.

     

  3. Add to Cart – Select your desired size and color, then click Add to Cart.

     

  4. Continue Shopping or Checkout – You can keep browsing and adding items or go directly to your Shopping Cart to place your order.

     

  5. Place Order – When ready, open your Shopping Cart, review your items, and click Place Order.

     

  6. Enter Information – Fill in your personal details and delivery address, then click Continue to Shipping.

     

  7. Select Payment Method – Choose your preferred option:

     

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

       

    • Credit/Debit Card (online payment)

       

That’s it! Your order is placed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email or an SMS shortly.

  1. How can I check if an item is available?
    You can check availability directly on our website. Just type the product name or reference number into the search bar.
  2. What if I don’t have the reference number?
    If you don’t have the reference number, you can browse our collections or social media pages to find the product. If you still can’t locate it, send us a photo by email at support@zbsstore.com, and our team will help identify it.
  3. Do you have a scan feature on the app?
    Currently, ZBS store does not offer a scan feature. You can easily search for products by name, type, or reference number on our website.
  4. Are items from past seasons available?
    Yes, some items from past seasons may still be available online. For specific product details, you can contact our customer service team.
  5. Where can I find a size chart?
    Every product page includes a Size Chart link for that item. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact our customer support for guidance.
  6. How can I check the length of trousers?
    Our trousers generally follow standard lengths listed in the size chart. Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page for exact measurements.
  7. Where can I find information about fabric composition and care tips?
    On each product page, you’ll find a Composition & Care section. If you need more details, contact our support team with the product name or reference number.

Payment FAQs – ZBS Store

  1. What payment methods can I use to shop at ZBS store?
    We currently accept the following payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Visa & MasterCard
  • Discount Coupons (if applicable)
  1. Why was my credit/debit card declined?
    Your card may have been declined for one of these reasons:
  • The card is expired – please check the expiry date.
  • You have reached your spending limit – contact your bank to confirm.
  • Incorrect details were entered – make sure your card number, expiry date, and CVV are correct.
  1. What should I do if I see a double charge for my order?
    First, check with your bank for confirmation. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service team at support@zbsstore.com with your order details.
  2. Can I pay when I receive my order?
    Yes, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout. Payment is made to the courier when your order arrives at your address.
  3. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
    Yes, absolutely. ZBS store use SSL encryption to keep your transactions secure. All card payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways, so your details remain safe at all times.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs – ZBS Store

  1. Where can I receive my order?
    You can receive your order at a private address (home or office). Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  2. How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days (regular days)

     

  • During sales or peak seasons: 7–10 working days

     

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

     

  • For online payments, your order will be processed after verification.
    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details (please also check your spam/junk folder).

     

  1. How much does shipping cost?
    We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 (includes FBR POS Fee).
  2. Which courier will deliver my order?
    The courier depends on your delivery area. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with courier details and a tracking link.
  3. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
    If you’re unavailable, the courier will contact you and re-attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
  4. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, orders can be canceled if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify by up to 2 confirmation calls. If left unattended, the order will be canceled automatically.

     

We may also cancel orders in cases such as: out-of-stock items, incorrect contact details, or technical errors.

Exchanges & Returns – ZBS Store

  1. Can I exchange my items?
    Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

     

  • The item does not match the product description or what you ordered.

     

To request an exchange, email us at support@zbsstore.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review your case and guide you through the process.

  1. Are there items that cannot be exchanged or returned?
    Yes, we cannot process exchanges/returns in the following cases:
  • The request is made after the 7-day window.

     

  • Items have been used, damaged, or altered.

     

  • Missing original packaging, labels, price tags, or accessories.

     

  • Undergarments (except tops and bodysuits) without original packaging.

     

  • Packs (with multiple items) opened or returned partially.

     

  • Fragrances and accessories unless delivered damaged.

     

  1. Do you accept returns?
    We only accept returns if you received the wrong item or a damaged/faulty product. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. How long do I have to make a return?
    The deadline for returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
  3. Do I have to pay for returns?
    If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll arrange pickup and cover the courier charges.
  4. How will I get my refund?
    Once approved, your refund will be processed either:
  • As a coupon for future purchases, or

     

  • As a refund to your bank account.

     

  1. When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  2. What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
    Contact our customer service at support@zbsstore.com, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Do you refund shipping charges if I return all items in an order?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Discounts & Promotions – ZBS Store

  1. How can I use a discount code?
    You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing your payment.
  • At the Payment step, type your code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field and click Apply.

  • The discount will then appear in your order total.

Note: Discount codes have expiry dates and can usually be used only once.

  1. If I have a discount code, is the discount applied automatically?
    No, the discount is only applied after you manually enter the code in the discount field and click Apply.
  2. How can I find out about upcoming promotions?
    We share all promotions on the homepage of our website, as well as through our:
  • Email newsletter

  • Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

4. Can I exchange an item bought during a promotion?
Yes, promotional items can be exchanged under our standard exchange policy (if damaged, defective, or not as described). However, if you repurchase the item later, it will be at the price listed on our website at that time.

Account & Orders – ZBS Store

  1. How can I modify my account login information?
    Log in to your account and go to the “Login Details” section. From there, you can update your email address or change your password.
  2. How can I modify the default delivery address on my account?
    After logging in, visit the “Address Book” section. You can:
  • Add a new address

  • Edit an existing address

  • Delete an address you no longer use

Note: If you update your address during checkout (at the Shipping step), those changes will apply only to that order and will not be saved for future purchases.

  1. Can I modify the delivery method after placing my order?
    No, the delivery method cannot be changed once the order is placed. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it and place a new one with the correct delivery method. Keep in mind that some items may sell out in the meantime.
  2. Can I add, delete, or change items in a completed order?
    No, items cannot be modified once an order is completed. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, you may cancel it and create a new order.
  3. What should I do if my account is disabled?
    Accounts may be temporarily disabled if incorrect login details are entered multiple times. To regain access, please contact our Customer Service team at support@zbsstore.com.

Practical Advice – Clothing Care

Do I Always Need to Wash a Garment?

Not always. If the garment isn’t dirty, simply airing and brushing it can be enough. This saves energy and helps your clothes last longer.

 

Detergent

  • Choose detergents with eco-friendly labels to reduce environmental impact.

  • Always follow the recommended amount—too much detergent can leave stains and even cause skin irritation.

 

Softener

Fabric softeners are not essential and can be harmful to the environment. Use them sparingly or avoid them.

 

Bleach

  • Use bleach in cold water for no longer than 1 hour.

  • Never use iron, bronze, or steel containers.

 

Hand Washing

  • Dissolve detergent completely before adding clothes.

  • Wash new garments separately the first few times, as colors may run.

 

Washing Machine & Temperature

  • Always follow the temperature instructions on the label.

  • Washing colorful clothes at a lower temperature than recommended may cause colors to run.

  • Lower isn’t always better—use the right setting for each fabric.

 

Drying

  • Spin clothes well before drying.

  • Best method: air-dry outdoors, but avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

 

Ironing

  • Sort clothes by the ironing temperature on their labels.

  • Begin with low-heat items and iron while clothes are slightly damp.

  • After finishing, wipe the iron with a damp cloth before it cools.

 

Recycling Clothes

Donate unused clothes to charities or organizations. This extends the life of garments and helps people in need.

Clothing Care – ZBS Store

How can I keep my clothes looking new for longer?
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. These labels use internationally recognized symbols to guide you on washing, ironing, drying, and dry cleaning. By following them, your clothes will stay in their best condition for longer.

Washing

  • Machine wash – Do not exceed the temperature indicated on the label.

     

  • Hand wash – Wash in water not warmer than 40°C.

     

  • Delicate wash – Use a short spin program at the recommended temperature.

     

  • Dry clean only – Do not wash with water.

     

Bleach / Whiteners

  • Allowed – You may use bleach.

     

  • Not allowed – Do not use bleach.

     

Ironing

  • Do not iron – Some garments are not safe for ironing.

     

  • 110°C / 230°F – Low heat for delicate fabrics.

     

  • 150°C / 302°F – Medium heat for cotton or blends.

     

  • 200°C / 392°F – High heat for linen or thicker fabrics.

     

Dry Cleaning

  • Any solvent – Safe for all types.

     

  • Mineral products only – Use mineral-based solvents.

     

  • Perchloroethylene only – Must be cleaned with this specific solvent.

     

  • Professional service required – Cannot be washed at home.

     

Drying

  • Line dry – Hang clothes on a clothesline or rail, indoors or outdoors, without wringing.

     

  • Flat dry – Lay the garment flat on a surface to dry.

     

  • Tumble dry – Allowed at moderate heat.

     

Do not tumble dry – Must be air-dried only.

Fabric-Specific Tips

Denim

  • Wash inside out to keep color and avoid white crease lines.

Down-Filled Items

  • Add tennis balls to the wash to keep padding evenly distributed.

Chunky Knit Garments

  • Roll in a towel and dry flat to maintain shape.

Waterproof Clothes

  • Can be wrung out by hand.

  • If using a washing machine, select a very low temperature.

 

Fabric Guide

Wool – Shrinks at high heat, loses shape if hung. Good insulator, may yellow.
Cotton – Shrinks at high heat, strong and breathable. Wash colored cotton separately the first time.
Linen – Hand wash at low temperature, no spin. Strong, cool, and stain-resistant.
Silk – Wash gently at low temperature, no spin. Iron without steam at low heat. Delicate; stubborn stains require professional care.
Acetate, Rayon, Viscose – Do not spin; delicate when wet. Soft, silky texture but burns easily.
Polyester/Nylon – Wash in lukewarm water, iron at low heat without steam. Strong, crease-resistant, but prone to static and heat damage.
